Menu Selection, Details and Pricing

We have a wonderful selection of menus of which prices are current and are subject to change. Prices will be guaranteed at the time details with menu are finalized. We can customize any menu to meet your needs and budget.

Menu selection must be finalized a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event date. We realize that for some functions this will not be possible, so just give us a call, we are here to serve.

If there are alterations to the concept of a function, or fluctuations in the number of guests, management reserves the right to apply an additional service charge.

Special Menu Request

Although our signature menus are offered, substitutions and special dinners can be arranged to suit your particular needs. Our staff is always in touch with guests that appear to need special attention while dining at Kevin’s Place.

Services Provided and Seating Arrangements

Food and Beverage Regulations

All food and beverage items served at Kevin’s Place must be prepared and presented by our staff. We offer a complete beverage list for non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. We can accommodate special requests for bar service with advance notice and an additional charge. All guests that look under the age of 30 should be prepared to present identification for verification. We encourage responsible drinking.

  • Complimentary Piped in Music (over 30 different selections)
  • Complimentary Microphone and Amplification System Available (Ballroom and Glen Room only)
  • Round Tables are standard in our Glen Room and Ballroom (Round Tables are available for additional cost in the Music Room)
  • Slicing & Service of Wedding Cake Fee $75.00
  • Room Diagram available upon request
  • Upscale Linen Packages including chair covers, sashes, overlays, etc are available through www.choicepartylinens.com

We offer traditional Sit down service, Family Style and Buffet Style service. For Buffet style or Family Style service, a MINIMUM of 20 people up to 525 people is acceptable.

Our banquet rooms have guest limits:

  • Ball Room 150 Guaranteed Minimum with dance floor
  • Glen Room 150 guest Maximum with dance floor
  • Music Room 50 guest Maximum with no dance floor

There is ROOM RENTAL which covers the first 5 hours for functions. This rate is based upon the room selected, menu selected, set up requirements, etc. ranging from $50 – $250. The room will be available for decorating purposes the day of the event. Clean up is provided with no additional fee, however, there are some exceptions based upon decorating arrangements.

Management does reserve the right to arrange seating to provide the best experience for our guests.

Clients are also permitted to provide other entertainment. Management does reserve the right to regulate the volume of music and amplification systems.

Decorations

  • Decorations are the clients’ responsibility and all decorating arrangements are subject to management’s approval.
  • Nothing taped or tacked to the walls or ceilings No Glitter
  • Confetti is permitted with a $50 clean up fee Balloons are permitted
  • Open flame Candles are allowed with some guidelines
  • Upscale Linen Packages including chair covers, sashes, overlays, etc are available through www.choicepartylinens.com

Clients of large functions ie. Weddings are able to deliver various decorations to Kevin’s Place (2) two days prior to the function date. We also offer to do general set up, i.e. placing favors around the room, placing centerpieces, setting up name cards and more. This is a service that will be finalized upon completing details for a function.

Booking and Deposit

We will hold a date for tentative booking without any obligation, for (1) one week. After that time, the booking must be confirmed or declined. If confirmed, a DEPOSIT is required to hold all function room space.

The following are a few standards:

  • Wedding Deposit $400.00 Anniversary $200.00
  • Class Reunion $100.00 Showers $ 50.00

The signed contract becomes binding after seven days. The deposit will be forfeited if the function is canceled for any reason.

Guarantee and final count

There is a minimum guaranteed number of people on all food and beverage functions. A final count is needed (1) one week prior to the event date. Should the final guaranteed count fall below the minimum guarantee as indicated on the contract, the client would be responsible for payment. Also, if unexpected guests attend, the actual number of guests served will be charged.

Service Charge

A 16% service charge will be added to all food and beverage items. (18% service charge for Weddings) All prices quoted are subject to a 6% sales tax. Any special arrangements or equipment rentals are also subject to service charge and sales tax as well.

Billing

All charges incurred for a function are payable upon receipt. The forms of payment accepted are cash, personal, corporate checks, cashier’s checks and *credit card. *If a client prefers to use a credit card for payment, a 2.5% credit set up fee will be applied to the function bill. Wedding reception payment requirements are ½ of total invoice due 2 weeks prior to the function date and the remaining balance due the day before the function.
